A leadership conference and exhibition opened today at the University of Danang with an aim to highlight female role models in Vietnam in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), encourage the exchange of knowledge and paths to entrepreneurship and offer networking opportunities among professionals.

Supported by USAID’s regional Asia’s Regional Response to Endangered Species Trafficking Program, 150 leaders of the Municipal Youth Unions and Provincial Youth Unions pledged to protect Vietnam’s wildlife at a “Youth for Wildlife Protection” seminar organized by the Central Youth Union and Vietnam National Volunteer Centre.
