Leaders from approximately 30 districts across Indonesia attended the National Policy Forum on Teacher Deployment to discuss strategies on how to equally distribute teachers based on local schools’ needs, teacher qualification, and student-to-teacher ratio. The Forum was hosted by the Ministry of Education and Culture (MOEC) and the U.S. Agency for International Development Prioritizing Reform, Innovation, and Opportunities for Reaching Indonesia’s Teachers, Administrators and Students (USAID PRIORITAS) program.
