Feed the Future Ethiopia-PRIME Interim Surveys

Feed the Future monitors its performance in part by periodic assessments of a number of standardized indicators. These indicators reflect data collected through population-based surveys (PBS) in the geographic areas targeted by Feed the Future interventions, known as the Feed the Future Zones of Influence (ZOI). The two surveys included in this dataset contain the quantitative data from each of the interim monitoring surveys carried out as part of the Ethiopia PRIME project. The surveys were administered to a sample of over 400 households in 17 kebeles (communities) once a month over a 6-month period creating for a total of six rounds of data for each survey. The report of the first interim survey can be found in the reference PA00MGHS.pdf. Versions of the dataset in SAS, SPSS and STATA are available on request by sending an email to opendata@usaid.gov.
