Country Brand by Region

The Agency has created “country sub-brands” for all USAID missions and most major non-presence countries that receive U.S. aid. These, along with “program sub-brands,” are the only approved “brand extensions.” That means nothing else can be added after the blue rule line following the USAID Identity except a developing country or an approved program name.

These country sub-brands are official U.S. Government symbols, and any alteration, distortion, recreation, translation or misuse is strictly prohibited.

A number of digital file formats are available for download. The files available are each optimized for a variety of applications, for both print and on-screen communications, to ensure easy adherence to these guidelines. Do not recreate these sub-brands under any circumstances. Colors referenced below are described in detail on page 1.16 of the Graphic Standards Manual.

Downloadable files for each ANE country sub-brand is available below. "Lockup" files contain the full USAID Identity (seal plus brandmark). "Brand" files contain the brandmark only. Note: RGB EPS files should be opened in Illustrator only -- the colors will be incorrect if opened in Photoshop. Please see the Translated Brandmarks page for graphics of the USAID Identity ONLY in other languages

You will find links to zip files of translated country sub-brands on this page.
