Ten years of health projects now online

The Office of Health and Education (HEO) of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) presented at the San Fernando School of Medicine, of the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM), the Gestión en Salud which is an online platform that brings together the tools developed by USAID health projects in Peru over the past ten years.

There are 17 management tools hosted on the server of San Marcos website that can be used to train undergraduate and graduate students. This platform, which is a USAID donation to the university, is opened to the public and the link is: http://gestionensalud.medicina.unmsm.edu.pe/staging/

The ceremony was held in the auditorium of the Faculty of Medicine, on September 9th and was attended by the Dean Dr. Herman Vildozola, and the head of HEO of USAID in Peru, Clifford Brown.

Gestión en Salud was designed by Project Financing and Governance Health from USAID and will soon be presented in Huaral to Lima´s Regional Government and in San Martin to the Regional Government.
