Through 38 CEDRO´s telecenters, children, youth and adults who live in isolated areas, have access to the global world through the use of Information and Communications Technology. They receive training in digital literacy, economic and financial education.
After the signing ceremony, Ambassador Nichols delivered certificates of completion of the first financial literacy training for women funded by State and also to disabled participants trained in digital literacy.
