Dylan Stearns, Program Office Chief in USAID Peru attended the graduation ceremony of the post graduate course in Monitoring & Evaluation of development projects.

USAID through its Evaluations Program designed this diploma which was implemented by the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. 55 USAID local partners graduated successfully. 

At the end of the ceremony USAID handed over the course and all the materials to the university, so it will continue offering the course to more institutions and professionals interested in improving their knowledge in monitoring and evaluation.
