Expo-Alimentaria was held in Lima. This is the biggest food trade fair in Latin America showcasing products from Food & Beverage, Meat, Poultry & Seafood industries.

USAID participated in the Cacao & Coffee pavilion, through its partners and supporting producer associations who offered coffee and cacao/chocolate products to buyers coming from countries all over the world. Peruvian cacao and chocolate are recognized worldwide for their diversity, premium quality and unique flavors.
