USAID/ Bosnia -Herzegovina is seeking partnership(s) with other donors to implement a new Local Government Support Activity (LGSA) and solicits comments from all stakeholders on the draft concept note. The overall goal of LGSA is to strengthen local government’s ability to deliver public services. To realize this goal, LGSA will focus on achieving the principle objective of “Improved local government performance and intergovernmental functional and fiscal framework in both entities in order to develop more accountable local institutions and actors that meet citizens’ needs ." USAID/BiH requests partnerships from interested donors and other potential partners to achieve the objectives described in the concept note. All constructive comments and feedback from interested parties and stakeholders are welcome in order to strengthen the concept.
