The NFC system is an USDA system used for processing transactions for payroll/personnel systems. Personnel processing is done through EPIC/HCUP, which is web-based. Position and table management is done through PowerTerm, which is a client application. There is also an Employee Self-Service component where employees can view their Statement of Earnings and Leave, update tax forms, and enroll in benefits during open enrollment.
