The YMEP provides USAID/Yemen with a secure web-based database integrated with existing information systems and accessible to both United States Government and the Yemeni government. It is managed by International Business and Technical Consultants, Inc. The YMEP effectively consolidates existing and incoming data from multiple government sources. The YMEP enables USAID/Yemen to monitor, verify and evaluate the performance, results (output and outcome), impact and environmental compliance of USAID projects and activities. The system allows for graduated access where IPs can input their M&E performance data into the system and USAID users can aggregate that data and run reports to fulfill reporting requirements.
