Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey

The Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey measures employees' perceptions of their agencies and is a management tool to drive change and increase employee engagement in the federal workforce. USAID's leadership is committed to using the results to help better achieve our Agency's mission and to make USAID a great place to work. Recruiting and retaining the best and the brightest individuals depend, in large part, on the quality of the work environment.

OPM conducted the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey with USAID employees from April 28, 2016 to June 9, 2016. USAID employees' response rate to the survey was 64.5%. The respondents provided important feedback. USAID will be incorporating this feedback into its strategies, policies, and services to ensure the organization has the environment needed to help employees complete their duties and enable USAID to accomplish its mission.
