Kerri DiZoglio is Acting Deputy Assistant to the Administrator in USAID’s Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning (PPL).

Ms. DiZoglio joined USAID in 2008 and was most recently PPL’s Acting Director for the Office of Strategic and Program Planning where she led efforts to roll-out USAID’s revised Program Cycle policy in conjunction with PPL’s Office of Learning, Evaluation and Research. Prior to joining PPL, she worked in USAID's Office of the Chief Operating Officer where she led an Agency-wide working group that successfully advocated for the establishment of Agency’s Staff Care Center. Previously, Ms. DiZoglio worked at the Department of State in the Bureaus for Economic and Business Affairs and Western Hemisphere Affairs and the Office of the Director of Foreign Assistance. In 2005, she worked as a Brookings Institution Legislative Fellow in the U.S. Senate.

Ms. DiZoglio received her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brandeis University and master’s degree in International Studies from the University of Miami. She is originally from Massachusetts.
