Please be informed that AMENDMENT # 02 to RFP # SOL-121-17-000007 (Competitive Economy Program (CEP)) is posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov).

The purpose of this amendment is to:
(1)   provide answers to the questions submitted by potential Offerors regarding Request for Proposal  (RFP) No. SOL-121-17-000007 -- CEP;
(2)   revise the RFP to reflect answers to the received questions;
(3)   provide information from the Pre-proposal conference conducted on March 27, 2017.
