USAID WORKING WITH LOCAL PARTNERS

The LINK application (link to the tool) is a web-based application that is designed to support organizational self-assessments of candidate local non-U.S. organization partners that have an interest in U.S. Government programs and initiatives. This tool automates the pre-award survey response submission, which allows USAID Missions to get to know local partners. While completing this survey does not guarantee an award of USAID funds, local partners will receive a customized report that will highlight capacity development areas to help focus efforts for continued organizational maturity. After completion, USAID encourages local partners to return to this site and provide updates on organizational capacity, which will help continue the conversation between local partners and USAID.
