To apply to DIV, first review the latest DIV Annual Program Statement (APS), detailed information about the DIV program and application process, as well as the Frequently Asked Questions. Then, submit an Expression of Interest using the form downloadable on this website and follow the submission instructions contained in the form and outlined in the APS. This is the first step in the DIV application process.
