Nichelle currently works in the Office of General Counsel supporting the Bureau for Economic Growth, Education and the Environment.

Prior to joining USAID, she worked on loan guarantee and grant programs at the U.S. Department of Transportation. 

Nichelle began her career in private practice in Washington, D.C. Her practice focused on project finance and public finance, with an emphasis on renewable energy and public-private partnerships.
