Mr. Kuyumjian manages operations of five divisions within the Management Bureau, Chief Financial Officer organization: Cash Management and Payment, Central Accounting and Reporting, Financial Systems, Washington Financial Services, and Payroll Operations. Mr. Kuyumjian works closely with division directors and their teams to assure financial integrity and provide quality products and services across the agency.

Mr. Kent Kuyumjian joined the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) as Deputy Chief Financial Officer for Washington Operations in April 2012 and began serving as Credit Review Board Chair in June 2012.

Previously, Mr. Kuyumjian served as the comptroller and Deputy CFO at the U.S Department of the Treasury Financial Management Service. Mr. Kuyumjian attended the University of Connecticut earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) and a Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) in economics.
