Overview

This document serves as the U. S. Agency for International Development's (USAID's) Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP) as required by 5 CFR 330.602. The CTAP establishes the policy and procedures concerning career transition assistance to be provided to surplus and displaced USAID employees who are or may be separated through reduction-in-force (RIF) procedures.
