(TO BE FURNISHED AS AN ATTACHMENT TO THE SEPARATION NOTICE)
You are eligible for return travel for yourself and your eligible family members and shipment of effects from post to your approved separation residence in the United States, provided your travel is not deferred more than 12 months. The time limitation will be calculated from your last day in pay status, unless an earlier or later limitation is specified in your travel authorization or the time limitation is extended. Such later time limit or extension cannot exceed 18 months after your last day in pay status.
