Overview

The primary goal of this mandatory reference is to enhance the Agency’s ability to comply with the requirements established by the fiscal year 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (2013 NDAA) regarding contingency operations. Accordingly, this guidance addresses the following section of the 2013 NDAA:
Section 844 “Data Collection on Contract Support for Future Overseas Contingency Operations Involving Combat Operations”.
