PURPOSE:

The purpose of this AAPD is to implement benefits for same-sex domestic partners of U.S. Citizen/U.S. Resident Alien personal service contractors (USPSCs).

ACTION REQUIRED: Effective immediately, Contracting Officers (COs) must implement the changes to AIDAR Appendices D and J, as shown in Attachment 1 and as prescribed in the Guidance section below.
