WASHINGTON, D.C. – Ambassador Alfonso Lenhardt, Deputy Administrator of the US Agency for International Development (USAID), will deliver opening keynote remarks before the second annual conference of the Council of International Development Companies (CIDC).  The conference will explore factors that shape the evolution of foreign assistance programs and funding, including discussions related to key trends in development spending, the changing donor base and future development partnerships.
