Applications for the solicitation are due on 18 March 2015 at 18:00 EST. We are accepting questions via email at innovation@fintrac.com through February 19.

Applicants are also invited to attend a bidders conference, the "Agribusiness Initiative Kick-off," to receive detailed instructions and ask questions related to the solicitation (one participant per company or organization.)
