Objective: To improve the capacity of the Caribbean national governments and regional organizations to effectively lead, finance, manage, and sustain the delivery of quality HIV prevention, care, treatment and support services. Activities include:
● Regional Health Systems Assessment completed (12 countries of the PEPFAR Partnership Framework) including baseline information on the health financing situation, understanding program costs, available resources and projected gaps and trends over time.
Technical assistance provided to host country governments in seven countries for improved financial management capacity of national HIV programs
