Objective: Increased Equitable Access to HIV Prevention, Treatment and Care Services for
most at risk populations and persons living with HIV (PLHIV) in the Eastern Caribbean:
● Reduce vulnerabilities to HIV through access to comprehensive prevention services.
● Increase access to stigma free prevention, treatment and care services for MARP and PLHIV.
● Strengthen capacity & capability of national partners & CSOs to ensure quality service and improve delivery.
