Reading is one of the most foundational skills for future education and employment. The Sindh Reading Program is upgrading ten public libraries to improve access to reading materials for adolescent girls. This program focuses primarily on out-of-school youth, including girls, and intends to enroll 30,000 out-of-school youth in its non-formal education centers to ultimately re-enter the formal education system after completion of their courses.
