A Mother's Motivation

Isobel Baez of the Dominican Republic wants the whole world to know that even a person from a poor neighborhood can make it. After becoming pregnant at 17 and dropping out of school Isobel has taken her life back through classes at the USAID supported center for at-risk youth.
