WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Senior Coordinator for Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment Susan Markham will travel to Cambodia May 5-8.

 

During her visit, Markham will meet with government officials, UN agency representatives, and key civil society and implementing partners to engage on key priorities including gender equality, preventing and responding to all forms of gender-based violence, and promoting women's leadership and decision-making power within their family, community, and country. Markham will also participate in discussions with LGBT persons and advocates, civil society leaders and USAID staff.
