The United States government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), invites qualified service providers (individuals/ firms) companies to submit proposals to provide professional photography services to document USAID development activities in Bangladesh. Please find detailed statement of work and applicable clauses to be considered for required services in the following sections.

You are encouraged to make your quote competitive.  Also, you are cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors in regard to price quotations to be submitted.

The award of a contract hereunder is subject to the availability of funds. Issuance of this RFQ does not constitute an award or commitment on the part of the U.S. Government, nor does it commit the U.S. Government to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal. Quotations are due on August 21, 2017.
