The purpose of this Amendment # 01 is to:

(1) provide answers to the questions submitted by potential Offerors regarding RFP # SOL-121-16-000014, Energy Security through Competitive Energy Markets Program in Ukraine,
(2) post a revised RFP based on the questions received, and
(3) extend the current closing date for submission of proposals to January 31, 2017.
