The USAID mission is literally in Rebecca Black’s family. Rebecca’s father served as a USAID Mission Director, starting in 1959 with the Agency that later became USAID. Today, Rebecca is the Mission Director in Mali, and she reflects on the friendship and partnership between the two countries.
