Video Transcript
What does progress look like? Where does it begin? How does it grow? For the past 20 years, USAID has stood side by side with the Palestinian people as a partner in progress. Building roads for a brighter future. Filling classrooms with tomorrow's doctors, lawyers, and leaders because all children deserve a chance at realizing their dreams. Empowering women so they have the courage to succeed because when women flourish societies flourish. Giving farmers, masons, and shopkeepers new tools so they can grow better, build stronger, and sell more. Helping citizens get the services they need and the institutions they deserve. Linking youth to the world so they can have more and better opportunities. Connecting communities to clean water and improving management of scarce resources because with smart strategies, no one has to go without. Ensuring that the newly born grow up strong and healthy so that the next generation can do even better than the last. USAID has been a partner in Palestinian progress since 1994. Lending a helping hand when hardship falls because everybody deserves a chance. Planting the seeds for a more prosperous society, nourishing them, and helping them grow. USAID invests in people.
