This video is about how the internet kiosk has become useful in the remote village of Fatalikand, Saatli, where only 90 families out of up to 500 have Internet at home.
Although online access in Azerbaijan is growing, Internet services, in particular in the regions, remain expensive. To help bridge the gap, in 2012 IREX installed 30 kiosks, providing free Internet access to communities in remote villages across Azerbaijan, under its USAID-funded Azerbaijan New Media Project.
