Almaty, September 25, 2014 - USAID’s Business Connections project, co-financed by USAID and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, builds the competitiveness Kazakhstani small and medium businesses. It is implemented under the framework of the Kazakhstan-American Program for Economic Development and supports the Government of Kazakhstan’s Business Road Map – 2020. Participants include owners and heads of small and medium enterprises from priority sectors of economy. The program supports business development tours for Kazakhstani businessmen abroad, including to the United States.
