USAID/Philippines: The Development Credit Authority (DCA) has guaranteed over $1.9 billion in private credit in nearly 70 developing countries since 1999. Guaranteed loans are used for investments in sectors such as clean energy, health care, education, agriculture, microfinance, and small and medium enterprise development.
