WebPASS Joint Administrative Support Platforms Post Administrative Software Suite - U.S. Department of State Executive Officers application suite. Web.PASS is the DoS web-enabled Post Administrative Software Suite of Applications. USAID is using the Web.ICASS (International Cooperative Administrative Support Services Budget software - System used to generate travel related documentation) and POST PERSONNEL modules. The ICASS is the principal means by which the US Government provides and shares the cost of common administrative support at its more than 200 diplomatic and consular posts overseas.
